Hi,

I see that a user has got Sup setup on OpenBSD and added the
information to the wiki:

  https://github.com/sup-heliotrope/sup/wiki/Installation%3A-OpenBSD

that is great!

In case the user is signed up for this mailing list:

I was wondering, as is specified in step 9: is it necessary to be that
specific about the library version? is not 'libc.so.7' enough?

In any case, it could make sense to add a line for openbsd to
bin/sup in the same way that we already have it for freebsd, but as
un-specific as possible.

Can anyone confirm that sup works with libc.so.7 on OpenBSD?

Cheers, Gaute

The fallback to lib.so.6 in the existing code did not work. I don't see a
link to libc.so.7 (or any other libc.so) on my OpenBSD box, so I don't
think that would work.

Thanks to Scott we should now have OpenBSD support for sup [0]. Currently
only in 'develop' (git), but it will be included in the next release.
