Here are the 2 patches Im using to get sup to work with ruby 1.9.2

The first is against ncursesw and fixes the STR2CSTR issues.
The 2nd is against sup and fixes the tmpfile issue when trying to
reply/create a new message or viewing an attachment.

With both of these I dont have to run to mutt to send mail anymore :-)
