Massive thanks to everyone who's worked on sup (in particular to William). I'm dabbling in sup again now with the release of 0.7, which hasn't crashed on me at all so far, hooray! > What does the 213k refer to? The first message in this thread? The > newest message? All messages together? If you want per-message sizes, > it's going to have to go somewhere in thread-view-mode, methinks... Sounds like a potentially neat feature. I'd suggest: - When viewing lists of threads (inbox-mode, search-results-mode, etc), the combined size of all messages together in the thread. - When viewing a particular thread (thread-view-mode), showing individually for each message. Alternatively (or in addition?), perhaps even better would be the ability to do searches like size:>200k, which would show all messages (or all threads?) over 200k in size. This would be useful for people like me who prune excessively large attachments from disk occasionally. (Which at present is a little fiddly, involving messing with the Maildir-stored messages then sup-sync'ing, but that's another story...) Cheers, ~Iain
