Subject: [sup-talk] Sup crashed at launch
Date: Sat, 22 Aug 2009 11:45:18 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <49454bf60908220245w52764765rdbd111dfd446896f@mail.gmail.com> (raw)

Hello,

I've heard about sup and it sounded great so I decided to give it a
try following http://www.brainyautomation.com/blog/post/Reading-Gmail-with-Sup.aspx
.

I installed everything, configured ssmtp and got it working, etc. I
then launched sup for a first time to let it create my ~/.sup and exit
whithout any troubles. I then configured my .sup/sources.yaml as shown
in the webpage mentionned above and then launched sup. It crashed with
that output :

[Sat Aug 22 11:41:56 +0200 2009] using character set encoding "utf8"
[Sat Aug 22 11:41:56 +0200 2009] dynamically loading setlocale() from libc.so.6

I'm very sorry. It seems that an error occurred in Sup. Please
accept my sincere apologies. If you don't mind, please send the
contents of ~/.sup/exception-log.txt and a brief report of the
circumstances to sup-talk at rubyforge dot orgs so that I might
address this problem. Thank you!

Sincerely,
William
