Yes, feel free to ignore me. It's a pain in the butt to get going. :p
On the hopefully-less-sucky front, there's Bugzilla. There is apparently a
plugin for it that lets you reply to tickets by email, but I haven't set it
up myself.
But, I'm a perl guy, so I'm likely highly biased... :)
