Oh my!  Need to fix it.  My ~/.sup/hooks/mentions-attachments looks like

body.any? { |l| l =~ /^[^>]/ && l =~ /\b(attach|liite|liittee|ohessa|oheise|oheist)[^ ]*\b/i }

Not pretty but works.
