It is hard to read and does not look good, IMO.

I didn’t notice that. I was able to view it just fine without JavaScript.
That being said, I very much suggest not using JavaScript for such a
website (containing static information only).

I think the website draft was not final on which information should be on it,
just an idea where the design could go.
