How about SITF responsible of the boring suff
 - First line processing of inbound issues (relevance, duplication, ...)
 - Issue overview
   - Supervise that fixed/handled issues get closed appropriately
   - Draw attention to triaged "bad" bugs

I'm in.  Who else?
