Would a move to github be considered since they now have an issue
tracker. It provides tagging of issues and voting.
As an example, take a look at
http://github.com/justinfrench/formtastic/
and clicky the Issues tab. (I chose this project simply because I was
watching the railscast for it and noticed the Issues tab)
