Hi,
I finally implemented saving all attachments of a message to a folder. Please
review and test this patch, I would be happy if we could merge it into
mainline.

+1. And what do you know, I hadn't noticed the :default_attachment_save_dir:
config option and had set myself a to-do list item to implement that, so now I
don't have to, and thanks for drawing it to my attention!
