Hi suppers,

I've merged down several stable-seeming feature branches onto master in
anticipation of an 0.8 release. This release will includes utf8 fixes,
faster mbox reading, preliminary undo support, and many bugfixes. If you
get a chance, please give it a try and report any problems you
encounter.

For the next next version, 0.9, I'd love to see:
- Ben Walton's flexible sent source changes
- Maildir support in sup-sync-back, if I get a chance
- undo support on more actions
- three-way toggle for message text wrapping
- and whatever else you guys feel like submitting patches for!
