Subject: [sup-talk] upgrade to gettext 1.90.0 breaks encodings

After upgrading with gem to the recent gettext 1.90.0, my encoding was not anymore
identified and it defaulted to UTF8.
Downgrading again to gettext 1.10.0 fixes the issue
