I've committed some slight changes in the way that 'n' and 'p' work in
thread-view-mode: they now always align the current message at the top
left of the screen. I think this makes them a little more handy for
running through all messages in a thread, since you can keep your eyes
in the same place.
I've also added a 'z' command to align whatever message the cursor's on
currently to the top left.
