I'm not sure what's causing these. Looks like sup.rb is being loaded
twice in your path for some reason. It shouldn't affect anything though.

Looks like you're missing a Ruby iconv library. On my Debian system it's
a separate package named libruby-iconv. Not sure what the equivalent is
for BSD but it's probably something similar.
