add redirect from /git/$repo to /git/$repo/log.html
Stagit does not emit an index for each repo, so we need the directory to
show something reasonable.
This RewriteRule was previously living in the Apache server config but
I'm moving it here so it can be tracked in git alongside the web site
source code.
